Improving climate resilience of the Australian Sheep Industry

Monday, November 28, 2022

Interested in participating in SA based trial run by the University of Adelaide reducing heat stress in sheep?

Trial is looking at the use of both regulin and betaine (fed as a supplement) to reduce heat stress in sheep, which has been shown to improve fertility and feed utilisation during periods of heat stress (more details).

Sound like you? They are looking for a few more farms to participate as sites, particularly in the South East and Eyre Peninsula, with the need for the sheep enterprises to be pregnancy scanning for singles and twins, further info producer documents see attached.
